CITIC MOROCCO Kenitra Project .
Startype Maroc has shown their expertise in LNG by creating an LNG delivery skid, which includes the implementation of different systems like accounting, filtration, and regulation.
This is the largest LNG network project installed by an industrial in Morocco, successfully completed in eight months.
The project was marked by the quality of the equipment, the respect of the deadlines, the absence of accidents and the satisfaction of the customer.
STARTYPE Morocco has implemented all its expertise in the field of LNG for the sizing and realization of LNG delivery skid to the customer (counting system, filtration, separation, flow/pressure regulation, etc.)We were also faced with this challenge, which consists in the realization of the largest LNG network project ever installed by an industrial in Morocco.
After eight months of hard work, this project started in the best conditions a client could hope for:

The project aimed to convert Fuel Gas fuel into LNG to reduce the energy and maintenance costs of the customer’s boilers.Startype Maroc was responsible for managing the project from the study phase until it was implemented and started up.
The conversion was carried out without interruption of production, with a gain of 15% on the fuel bill and a reduction of 10% in the boiler maintenance costs.
The project consists of converting fuel gas into LNG. This solution was advised to the customer in order to reduce their energy bill and boiler maintenance bill by taking advantage of the emissions at the chimney exit.
- The balance of energy fuel gas to LNG was achieved without any interruption in customer production.
- Gain on initial fuel bill of 15%.
- The cost of boiler maintenance can be reduced by 10%.
